The rooms are very clear and in really good shape - comfy, clean. I was surprised that for such a price the rooms could be in such a good conditions.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD!!!!! When I went out of the Noord Station I couldnt believe where I was, I felt as if I was in some gangster movie...I travelled with two another girlfriends of mine...if you´re only women, DO NOT travel to this part of Brussels..I mean, nothing bad happened to us, but I was scared to go out of the hotel, even though it took like 5 minutes by foot to get to the train station... it is up to you guys to take into consideration the factthat the rooms are really good for such a small price...BUT, as soon as you walk from the hotel, you´re scared that someone might rob you.

The area where it's located it's quite ....well..not very nice the ppl around and there's nowhere to buy food. The rooms r ok but...if u have a stoove...u should expect to have the basic kitchen equipment...but...NONE...not even a fork.. So...why the stoove????

I choose this hotel mainly for its location, close to the Brussels North station, and its price, as I was only looking for a very basic overnight stay before catching a very early train. In this the hotel succeeded very well. The room was very small but more than ok for one person. Bathroom was very clean. I did not use the little kitchenette in the room as I had no use for it, but it also looked well appointed.

Due to an intermittent noise coming from, I think, the bathroom.I Did not catch much sleep.

It is right down the street from an amazing fish restaurant, The Gold Fish. Just a few blocks downhill on Rue des Palais, the fish is so fresh you can pick your own and they cook it up for you. Delicious food after a long day of traveling, and at a very reasonable price. Also, the room was very clean. The shower was really nice.

The mattress was too short, and not very comfortable. Also, the kitchenette is not as useful without a refrigerator.

Great location, staff sometimes very friendly and helpfull, smtms a bit lazy... but always smiling :)

room equipment was rather not suitable for 3 star hotel (no fridge, glasses, safe, poor range of bathroom cosmetics, no coffe machine or hot teapot in room. But with "that" maybe they "clean" rooms for that specific weekend...? thanks anyway

Location was ideal for train link from airport (5 minutes walk) and only 15 minutes walk from the centre.

I booked for three in a room (all males) and the room was a double bed and two singles. It was pretty cramped in the room but the bathroom was quite big and well equipped.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a ugly area of the city and not all the facilities were working properly (i.e. kitchenette)

No free wifi. Not a good book in Booked.net. Area is a bit dirty and dangers. Full of prostitutes. One waiter asked me to not use the computer even no one was waiting and he forgot to tell me that the hot water is in limit time just allow to use 15 mins In central brussel, some hotels were on sale just 10, 20 expensive than this one. A female assistant is very kind and let us to check out at 12 due to bad sleep caused by noise of the construction nearby.

The room was private and spacious and clean. It cost 14 Euros taxi from train station to hotel which wasn't too bad. If you don't mind walking then it's quite easy to walk into city centre from hotel.

Interesting that the hotel kept key when we went out. We were worried about our things. The room next to us were smoking so much that the smell filled up the hallway and our room too. I tried to cover the bottom gap of our room door with towels but the smell filled up our room too. We had to open windows to have air and when we did this, the street was noisy. We wanted to tell notify reception but apparently we were told at the start that the hotel can't enforce the no smoking rule. You should have a smoke detector because im sure with the amount of smoking from evening to morning, would have triggered the smoke detector.

Spacious family room for three, neat and clean. From the balcony you can see the Atomium and top portion of the highest church in Brussels.

The Lady Receptionist at the Reception from 7pm to next day 7:45am was extremely rude, arrogant, angry and most customer unfriendly receptionist I have ever met. For every question we received a rude answer. For example, the telephone in the room was not working. We reqested for a wake-up call at 630am but there was no wake-up call. In the previous evening we had requested to book the Taxi to Airport at 0730am. No taxi came and we were kept standing for 30minutes at the reception by the receptionist. When Taxi came at 0750am on 29th May 2011, the Receptionist offered Tea/Coffee to Taxi driver and Taxi Driver paid a tip or commission of 15Euro to the Receptionist. Then Taxi Driver charged us exorbitantly high rate of 45 Euros, whereas the actual taxi fare is 30Euros only. We were delayed for the fight because the Receptionist and we felt cheated by the Receptionist. If the Receptionist is not changed, I recommend no traveller should stay in this hotel. If Booked.net does not put these actual travellers' experiences on the Booked.net website, I am going to circulate our experience on the internet through the twitter or blog to alert the travellers of such customer unfriendly hotels.
